I love my “mezzaluna” style pizza cuttter. You’ll be amazed at how many uses you’ll find for it! Not only for pizzas and flatbreads (hello Greek salad naan pizzas!), but also for herbs and desserts like bars, brownies and peanut butter chocolate krispie treats! Because of the length of the cutter, it’s so much easier to cut all the way across a pizza or a pan of brownies without squishing them or losing toppings in a pizza wheel.

I use mine all the time, especially for things like my focaccia with olives and rosemary. The handle on mine looks a little different, but that’s because I’ve had mine for 11 years! Bonus – It’s also dishwasher safe.
