Ingredients

- 3 tablespoons fresh orange juice
- 2 tablespoons sherry vinegar
- 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a jar, dressing shaker, or bowl and shake or whisk vigorously to combine.
- Refrigerate for up to 5 days.
