This is my favorite citrus squeezer – I have one for lemons, limes and oranges! It’s really easy to use, juices almost every drop out of the citrus, traps the seeds, and doesn’t get your hands messy. All you have to do is cut the lemon, lime or orange in half! (If you need the zest, remember to do that first.)
I use it for lemon juice in dressings (like Avocado Ranch), drinks (like The Bee’s Knees!), and sauces (like Homemade Cocktail Sauce).
